How do I sign in on the iPhone app?
Use the same email and password you use on resellmaxx.com. Accounts are created on the website, not in the app. If you forgot your password, reset it on the website's sign in page, then sign in on the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the iPhone app, open Settings, then Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. That removes your login. If you are the only owner of a shop, we close the shop for you; email us if you also want its records deleted.
How does billing work?
Plans are managed on the website, under Settings, then Billing. Extra Sniper keywords can also be bought in the iPhone app through Apple. Apple bills those to your Apple ID, and you cancel them in your iPhone's Settings, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple.
